About

Emma has a love of Dorset, having spent many a family holiday in the area during her childhood, and relocated from Oxfordshire to Christchurch in 2003. Since then Emma has spent a number of years increasing her property portfolio in the area and worked as an estate agent until moving over to the buying side as a search agent. Through her work and personal life, Emma has established a substantial network of contacts in the community and has an in-depth knowledge of the local area.
Emma offers a discreet and thorough service to her clients, working closely with them to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements. Her clients can be as involved or as removed from the process as they wish and Emma will provide regular updates and ensure a constant communication flow so that the client feels involved and updated at all times.
By instructing a search agent to act on their behalf, a client demonstrates their commitment to finding a property and is therefore viewed by vendors and estate agents as a serious buyer. As a result, if a suitable property is being marketed quietly or has not yet come to the market, the vendor and or estate agent will notify Emma about the property so that she can arrange for her client to view.
